Compassionate support. Meaningful change.

Make room for
the change
you want.
On your terms.

When a familiar habit no longer fits the life you want, you can begin with curiosity. Through guided hypnosis, reflection, and practical behavior-change support, we’ll explore your patterns and practice choices that reflect what matters to you.

Your goals. Your pace. One manageable step at a time.

Meet yourself where you are

Your goals.
Your pace.
Your next chapter.

Maybe you want to respond differently to stress, follow through on a personal goal, or loosen a habit that feels automatic. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

There is room here to explore that honestly, without shame. Together, we can look at what a behavior does for you, where it gets in your way, and what you would like to practice instead.

I work through a trauma-informed lens: your choices, boundaries, and pace guide our work. You can pause, decline an exercise, or choose what to share. You do not need to revisit painful experiences to participate. This approach supports comfort and collaboration; it is not trauma treatment.

Meet your practitioner

Hello, I’m Julianne.

I’m Julianne Flesner, a certified hypnosis practitioner with 15 years of public health experience. My background includes motivational interviewing and harm reduction counseling, grounded in a trauma-informed approach.

My approach begins with respect for your lived experience. I believe meaningful change is easier to explore when you feel heard, when your choices are respected, and when your goals belong to you.

I Am Light brings that philosophy into hypnosis and behavior-change support, alongside grief and end-of-life services and Reiki. There is room here for both practical change and personal reflection.

A few things you might be wondering

Questions are welcome.

What can we explore in behavior-change sessions?

We can explore habits that feel automatic, responses to stress, and personal goals you want to follow through on. Sessions may include reflection, guided hypnosis or imagery, and small steps to practice between visits. We’ll discuss whether this support fits your needs; outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

Do I have to want to stop using substances?

No. Goals can include reducing use, lowering risk, taking a break, exploring abstinence, or understanding your patterns. We’ll discuss what matters to you and whether this service is an appropriate fit.

What happens during hypnosis?

Hypnosis involves guided attention and suggestions agreed upon with you. It may include relaxation or imagery. It is collaborative: you can speak, ask questions, decline a suggestion, or end an exercise.

Is this addiction treatment or psychotherapy?

No. These are hypnosis, behavior-change, and complementary support services. They do not include diagnosis, detoxification, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or licensed substance-use treatment. They may sit alongside appropriate clinical care.

Can hypnosis help with grief?

Grief support may include guided relaxation, reflection, and coping exercises. The aim is to offer space and support, without imposing a timeline or promising to remove grief. Persistent or overwhelming grief may call for care from a licensed mental-health professional.

Do I need to share spiritual beliefs to receive support?

No. Your beliefs and preferences guide the conversation. Reiki is an optional, distinct offering, and you can choose hypnosis or behavior-change support without including spiritual practices.

How do I find out about sessions and pricing?

You can view session and package prices here. Start with a free consultation to discuss availability and the service that best matches your needs. In-home rates vary with travel distance, and your total cost will be confirmed before you book.
